The managing director of the Social Investments Fund was recruited as one of the long term experts to work on Capacity-building component within the EU funded project led by a consortium of Eptisa (Serbia), ECORYS (The Netherlands), and Barka (Poland) Support to Social Enterprises that is going to continue until September 2022.
The beneficary of the project is local Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
Overall Project Objective:
To support long-term and sustainable employment and business opportunities for vulnerable and marginalised groups.
Purpose: To establish support structures for social enterprises that will provide a range of services such as knowledge transfer and direct capacity-building support, formal and informal education and training, business coaching, organisation of events, as well as sharing of office space or equipment. Capacity building of the support structures to analyse and monitor the market of social enterprises, identify needs, develop and promote new services and facilitate adjustments to the policy and legal framework to create an enabling environment for social businesses.
